On 27 July 2025, MRD-France held an important conference to discuss upcoming actions and organizational matters. Members agreed to prepare a peaceful demonstration in Paris on 23 August 2025 to denounce political repression and the potential 6th mandate of President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh.
The conference also addressed internal matters, including the use of contributions from the cancelled June 27th event, a special contribution of 10 £ for the party’s anniversary on 13 September 2025, and the importance of submitting only authentic legal documents for asylum procedures.
Finally, members were encouraged to remain active on social media to amplify the visibility of MRD-France’s message and strengthen solidarity across the community.
This meeting reflected the continued determination of MRD-France to defend democracy, justice, and the rights of all Djiboutians.
